Information Axlerra processes

Axlerra may process account details, organization information, dealer relationships, trailer inventory, order records, audit logs, login/security events, email-delivery status, and support or deletion requests.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, route authorized inventory and orders, send operational notifications, protect the platform, diagnose problems, support users, and improve the product.

Service providers

Axlerra relies on infrastructure and communications providers, including cloud hosting, database, and transactional-email services. These providers process information only as necessary to support the service and under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Security

Axlerra uses tenant-access controls, encrypted transport, hashed passwords, secure cookies, audit logging, token expiration, rate limiting, optional multi-factor authentication, verified transactional-email domains, and automated database backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Information is retained while accounts are active and as reasonably necessary for operations, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and transaction history. Pilot retention practices may evolve as the service matures.

Your choices

Users can control operational email preferences in Settings. Users may also submit an account deletion or data-removal request from Settings. Some records may need to be retained for security, audit, transaction, or legal purposes.
